Pet Policy
Limit 2 indoor pets under 25 lbs per apartment. No exotic animals or aggressive breeds. Non-refundable pet fee of $400 per animal. Monthly rent $20 per pet.
We must obtain qualifying information from all prospective residents, including student status, income- and asset-related information. The property has a minimum household income requirement the monthly rent amount to qualify.
